Digital Products

Given the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds after a product has been downloaded or accessed. However, if you experience any issues with your purchase, please contact us at The Business Gem, LLC , and we will do our best to resolve the problem.

Physical Products

If applicable, we accept returns for physical products within 30 days of purchase. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Exceptions

Refunds will only be issued if:

-The product was misrepresented on the sales page.

-You purchased multiple copies of a digital product accidentally.
